And didn't found the Select in Sw 98D12C3
Select Am29f320
And Read ok
but It's 32 and the flash 64
and how can i write it if i have File with 64M

erase with selected sst25VF040B ok
blank error
but i selected sst25VF080B and work fine

so i program 040 by select 080 for erase and write
and go back for select 040 for verify

... did you try at45 with different pin out or not
and what about Esmt25
and AT26

it's not impossible to made mod for Ezo 4.4 for work with 98D8 or even 98D10
is very easy

and try to unlock
it's make 6 time form unlocking to succeeds

Hi Ezo i use self made adaptor with Socket Not Sold now it work fine ID Read but erase must have VCC for 6.2 VCCfor erase and more it may not erase from the first time after 2 trys it's erase and work fine write ok ... i used 0.98D10 thanks for your help but there some chip didn't support in 0.98d10...
