I verified once again ( with ezoflash_testhw.pdf printed on paper) and found 14-D1 wit 4,6V instead of 5V. The problem was a bad solder. Thank u again Ezo for ur support.

Chip serial 49LF004B 33-4C-NH-0542167-C. I also found another computer motherboard with the same chip. Serial is 49LF004B 33-4C-NH-0532167-C any help ? do you know another way to program this chip or other adapter/programmer (willem ?).
