Hi Ezo ,you were right.... Just used DIP28 and PLCC32 and wired according to the datasheet of 27C512 and worked.Just to mantion that in PCB3b and SW 0.97ja mode failed... The other funny thing that happened is during writting forgot to to remove the jumper for 5.0V and 6.2V ,so it worked even with 5...

Hi Ezo ,thanks for tryng to help,the software installation package is almost 600mb.What exactly you need from it so i email it to you.To be quite honest i wasn't sure whether this socket supports 27C512 PLCC32... I have tried 39SF020 into that socket and works perfectly (device ID,erese,read,write)....

Finally have got a new (blank) M27C512 PLCC32 Eprom and i am about to write it. For programming mode i have set VCC=6.2V and VPP=12.75V (jumper settings) When i did a test (external power supply) i get at VCC=6.39V and VPP=12.82V think it is ok... ? My Willem is SIVAVA PCB50 and soft PCB50a(0.98D11)...

So have to get a blank one?
What would be the jumper's setting in my case then?
