I found the chip in the program at menu Flash29/39/49Fxxx. The program shows a DIP32 picture right side of the window but the chip has a PLCC32 socket. ...

I flashed this chip, as you said. I used the Flash 29/39/49Cxx --> SST 39SF020. I placed the chip into the PLCC32 socket (not FWH/LPC!). The "Electronic ID" was SST 39SF020A, so everything was fine, the mobo works again

If I select Flash 29/39/49Fxxx, then SST, then SST39SF020 it will representates a DIP32 picture on the window. And the other "Request Adatper 3.3V" mode representates a DIP32 picture too.
