i checked corner pins visually but not with a tester, i hope tomorrow will test it and will see what happen!

DAMN :!: My stupid fault. What is explained here about modifying Willem 4.1 board is absolutely correct. I just confused pins in the CD4049 chip, grrr. It works like a charm now. BTW my 4.1 is original one (original Willem with LM317/without MC34063), i.e., the opt. relay version, awesome board btw ...
