After some test I've try to excange the parallel cable and the comunication appeared good....but the tension on A9 and A27 is 3.4V....So I can do a new test, but the result is not very cheering... during a new test I've found that A9 on pin 26 of zif32 there is at 3.4V, and not 4.43V as in all other pin... In general 4.43 is bit lower than 5.13V of Vcc; but at pin16 of 4015 arrive only 4.45V....

Have you any ideas?
