I found a solution:
I have modded the .exe with ollydbg to force the erase & programming selecting PMC PM49FL004 as the target chip

I alerady tried SST49LF040 and SST49LF040B with no chance:
It can read the chip but not to erase it or program it (it shows programming errors)

I can't find any AMIC A49LF040ATL device in the context menu of EpromM51_98D12C3
