i am using windows xp and i formatted computer again

i was using this programmer this suddenly happens i checked diodes on board they are ok.
any ideas more?

i am not using usb power its connected to 12v 1a adapter

100 uh coil resistance is 1.1 ohm there is a pleace writes 12v near 5.6v jumper it gives 12.8 volt

when i actived pin 1 Vcc only there is no voltage i tried 4 different version software

Your mesured pins have wrong numbering.
Look 17-5.67 could be 32-Vcc, 23- 3.46 could be 26-A9.
1 -4.99 cannot be at 1-Vpp. Recheck pins with voltage ~1.5V at log.0 .
Please set voltage jumper to 5V , measure it 32-Vcc, ZIF32/32.
Then go next.

soryy i write Vcc its Vpp is about 4,99 volt

now i changed 5v6 to 5v and i onlyactived 1 Vpp from test screen. there is 0 volt at pin 1 there is 12.87 volt at icsp pin 1 Vpp

when i active a18-31 from test hw settings pin 1 is 4.99 volt.
when i deactive it its 0 volt.
at the first post i actived all test have pin boxes.

now i changed 5v6 to 5v and i onlyactived 1 Vpp from test screen. there is 0 volt at pin 1 there is 12.87 volt at icsp pin 1 Vpp

Check jumper left from dipswitch panel, set in bottom position.

at the first post i actived all test have pin boxes.

Activate box on/off one by one (!) and measure both voltages.

Finally problem was solved . We passed all Test H/W OK.
Next found list of issues- 4503, chip contacts in socket, parallel port shield connection , LPT ports settings change . Which of listed was critical - stiil I am not able give you right answer !?
