problem with Willem PCB50B

Hi! i have a problem with my programmer. I have a willem pcb50b and i want to program W39V040CPZ. When i click on Electronic ID i see Manufacutrer 0x 0xDA Winbond / ASD and Device code 0x 0x50 and the rest of fields ar empty. Program cannot detect this cip, i have only this 3 chips in willem program W39V040A, W39V040FA, W39V040Bx but my chip isn't there. I saw on sivava website that PCB50B support my chip http://www.sivava.com. I tried also with Latest software 0.98D12 but i cannot find it in that list and i cannot detect it. I tried to program, erase, read my cip selecting W39V040A but is not working. I tried also other chips like 49LF004A and it shows me the correct Electronic ID. How to fix my problem? Thanks!

SW 0.98d12 , Select W39V040B. Chip W39V040C ID replay is correct 0x50, skip following empty field. Here is no SW entry explaining ID name. Chip read should work.
Change pcb50b jumpers to pcb3 mode, apply SW 0.97ja. Select W39V040A. Skip get ID. Read/erase/blank check/ program.
Chip can be programmed with latest SW 0.98d12c3, , select W39V040B, programmer mode pcb50. To erase chip, note erase progress indicator is running 0..3%, wait end of 8 cycles.

phew it worked First i selected W39V040Bx then i have erased the chip then i programmed it with SW 0.98d12 everything was ok. Thanks man, i appreciate that you helped me. Have a good day!
