Problem Willem PCB50B spi flash W25X40

Hi friends I have a problem of Willem pcb50b.Chip W25X40VAIZ problem I have is that it detects as beautiful w25x040,
is set in the spi flash w25x40 PCB50a sofware.Vcc frankly I have to read 3V6 ewrithing but problem is It can not be erase.Some ideas, thank you for your help.

What SW do you apply ? What is chip status in get ID reply ? 0x00 or different ?

SW is PCB5Oa chip is W25X40VAIZ,if reed chip is W25X040.ewrything is ok but not erase and
programing.
