programming 39SF020A

Hi, i have a problem with my programmer, i have a pcb5.0 programmer and if i try to programm 39SF020A (from Hitachi GDR-3120L Dvd-Rom Xbox360) it's freezing at 24%. I prepared .bin file with Jungle Flasher. With 49LF004A is working and with 39SF020A isn't working. Why ? If i select any bios file from a MB, 39SF020A is working until 100% then appears on display an error with red like 0X000.... I have an adapter for 39SF020A(tsop32) and i have also DIP32 version of this cip. Both are freezing at 24% I tested with 0.98D12 also with 0.97ja and it seems i have the same problem. How can i fix this? Thanks!

Go for pogrammer test in Test H/W. Check all signals one by one on/off and measure volatges on related ZIF32 pin.

I solved the problem... I resoldered the whole pins from Willem's PCB include ZIF connector and i have also replaced IC's from the left side of ZIF connector like 3x CD4015 and 2x CD4503. IC's are also placed in sockets and it's very simple to change them. Now everything is working well and my programmer is the best I recommend to everyone to do what i made because you will solve any problem with Willem programmer! Thanks for your help!
