*** SOLVED ***m27c512 not programmable in onboard plcc32 soc

Hi forum ,

I found a little problem ,

I can NOT program ( read or write ) a plcc32 m27c512 in the onboard plcc32 socket on my willem version 5.0 .

Anyone ideas ??

chips , and socket have been cleaned with alcohol.
chips leads have been re-aligned

test have been done with 3 plcc32 eprom's to verify , same result.

first indication looks like 07f so D7 problems , but all chips indicate same problem ( emtpy and already programmed ones )



any help highly appreciated

Your PLCC-32 sockets are compatible for 27C010-27C040 (dip32-plcc32) and fwh/lpc chips.
To program 27C64-27C512 apply adapter dip28-plcc32.
