How to connect this 16bit adapter?

Hey there,

I bought an 16bit adapter but I'm not sure how to connect it to my willem. Maybe you guys have a clue.

I got this willem:

Below U3 are the pins which are locked into the ZIF socket.

This is the adapter:

This is the connector where the adapter is connected to the willem with a cable:

These are the pins where the cable of the adapter will be connected to. I have no clue which way it should go in:

I want to write some data to 27C160's, 27C400's and 27C800's

PS: Does anybody know what this "J2"-Jumper on the adapter is for?

All known 42pin eprom adapters have only one jumper. Unknown usage of J2.
