Problem with Winbond chip

Hello everyone. I'm new to this so please excuse me if I make a fool of myself. I have a Winbond W39V080FAPZ chip that was in a HP computer when it locked up during a BIOS update. I have just received my Willem programmer (PCB50) direct from SIVAVA.com the other day and it lists this chip in the compatibility sheet. I however cannot find this chip in the software. (0.98D9). I found an old post on this board that said I need to use SST49LF008A. I have tried this but I keep getting various errors erasing and writing. I have also tried using the .97ja version but that didn't work either. The chip is in the fwh/lpc socket and I can get a chip ID using 98D9 of 'winbond/asd, device code 0xD3. The DIP switches are set to what is shown in the software, but I do not know anything about the jumpers. Those are set how I got it out of the box. I do not know where to go from here.
