Give me ID
in attach

there is different between Id in attach and the chip database here in Ezoflash

there is different between Id in attach and the chip database here in Ezoflash

Chips S29AL016D-02 and AM29LV160B are replacements with the same ID. Willem software return only AMD. Spansion is joint company from AMD and Fujitsu in flash memory production.

Run blank check after erase.
Activate Temporary Sector Unprotect (tick in SW frame) and erase again. Possible chip has protected bottom boot block.
What error message return SW ?

i select Un/protect
amd
and Am29>>

and look for lock
found the 1st block id locked
and try to unlock
it's make 6 time form unlocking to succeeds
and work fine now
