willem PCB5.0E and 27c322 error @ 100%

Hello everybody,

i searched google for a solution to my problem and came across these forums. i read some of the topics on problems with the 27xxx, but it didn't really helped me, so i hope you guys can help me out.

last week i ordered a Willem EPROM Programmer PIC BIOS PCB5.0E. Together with the 16bit adapter for the 42pin 27c322.

also i got myself 10x 27c322 eeproms

so far so good. got everything, i thought.

now when i burn to the chip it get's to 100% and then gives an error:

0x000000 chip 0x10 buffer 0xff

i used an external power supply 12v 1A

the dip switches are in the correct setting

the eeproms are empty, i've checked

what could possibly be wrong here?

i would very much appreciate some help on this.

i tried reading back the roms and it seems it only fills the rom with 04040404040404 etc..

also checked on the 32ZIF socket pin 1 = 12.67Volts and pin 32 = 5.21Volts

Check pin 13 OE/Vpp and settings to it.
When Vpp is off OE comes low. 040404 is basic reply when chip output not activ.
Place adapter without chip and check with Test H/W values on pin when Vpp on and off.
