please can someone help with getting a hex dump

hi can someone help us please i need to get a good dump hex of the following

PIC 16F819

i can get a dump but when i use the willem program

it just stays on config programming area

and does nothing else

im i suppose to load it up to more then 1 buffer ?????????????

can someone tell me how to do a perfect dump and load this onto another pic chip

I do not have experience on PICs, especially with configuration bits with Willem SW. Some users recommend apply WinPic800.
