Modifying Willem 3.0 to program 2732 with vpp = 25V

To test were everything goes ,

Go back from programmer socket towards chip.

So , put 1 probe of your multimeter on A13 , the switch it to continuity beep test-mode and verify the three cd4015's pin 4 with the other probe .

One of them should give a beep noise on your multimeter.

So , then you know which chip has number U5b


and so on , and on , and on...........
