Meaning of: (PCB3)

I have a Willem EPROM Programmer 4.0. In the list of EPROMs, some have (PCB3) after the device number, for example: 2716 (PCB3) and 27C16 (PCB3), and some don't, e.g. 2764 and 27C64. What is the significance of the (PCB3)? Thanks.
