TSOP-56 Adapter wiring question

Hello,

I´am in need to program a Intel Strata 28f640J3 TSOP-56.

I have a TSOP48(8/16BIT) Base Adapter and a Willem PCB 4.5.

I´ve wired a TSOP-Multiadaper to the Base Adapter but only get the manufacture ID which is Intel.

The baseadapterconnection is labeled on the board.
I´ve pinged out the addresslines and saw that each addressline is shifted.

For example: Hw-Test-A16, Boardlabel is A15, Hw-Test-A17, Boardlabel is A16

So, I´ve wired it accordingly to the datasheet. Chip A16 goes to A15 on baseboard , Chip A17 goes to A16 on baseboard.

Vpen is wired wired with a jumper to WP on baseboard which is 3.6V. VCC1,VCC2,VCCQ are on VCC, WE goes to WE on board, Reset goes to Reset A0 goes to D15 and Byte are GND.

CE0, CE1, CE2, D8-D14 aren´t connected.
VPP on baseboard is 12,75V and is NC.

Is my wiring correct, or do I have to connect the pins of the chips accordingly to the labels on the baseboard?

I´ve read in the datasheet the CE pins are internally grounded, so I guess theire is no need to connect them.

Please, can someon help me?

Find Chip ID as 0x17 without clarification.

I recomend keep equal connections used in my adapter tsop56a1.
Not found info on CE specific in datasheet, ground them.
Note, 28f640j3 has compatible algorythm with selected chip LH28F160-B in Willem software for 8/16 bit adapter . You are able read/write chip in 4 parts, highest adress switch to log0/log1 manually according selected part.
Latest software (0.98d2..10) has listed 16bit selection for direct chip 28F640j3. Chip not tested in such mode, 16bit adapter required. Not sure in functionality, 16bit 28F640j3 implementation in 0.97jc4 was not finished, programming in 16bit mode with ezoflash/tsop56b1 failed.

Hello EZO,

I´ve wired the adapter the same as yours for ezoflash. I get correct chip ID Intel 0x17, can select different blocks with jumper 10 and 09 and erase blocks.

Software is 0.97ja, pcb is set in 3.0 Mode, device is LH28F160-B. Blank check is good on all blocks. My problem, I can´t write blocks.

VPEN is connected for writing. When I write it goes to 100% and then gives me an error on 0x00000.

I´ve tried this on all blocks and its always the same error. I´ve doublechecked my wiring and its good. When I read the chip it seems all bites are on there places but they are different to them that I´ve written. Any idea what to do?
