Help, who knows this programmer?

Hi to all,
I bought this programmer in 2009 from ebay (iwannebuy) as a Willem PCB5.0 but I can't do anything with it.
With usb power I tested sst39sf040, sst39vf040, intel 82802ab with fwh/lpc adapter reading all zeros.
With 8v-10v I read something, but if I try to erase the chip, the sw (0.98d5) says "erase completed by time out" but nothing was done.
I think the step-up DC-DC is not working properly.

after reading livan74's post, I upgraded sw to 0.98d12.
With usb power I can read, erase and write a AMIC A290021 in the zif socket.
Winbond W29C020 in the PLCC32-5V socket get correct ID and read but can't erase (after blank chech device not empty) and program
("error:write sector 1984" 128 sector size and "error:write sector 3968" 64 sector size)
SST39VF040 in the PLCC32-5V socket get correct ID, read, erase and write ok.
Now I'm going to test the fwh/lpc adapter...

Locked top boot block, SW reply Error: Write sector 1984 (at 96%).
Try my utility W29C020W to unlock chip
Set jumpers in pcb3b mode
Run 0.97ja and be sure that your chip W29C020 is identified. Close 0.97ja.
Run W29C020.exe (io.dll in the same directory)
Program reply
1 line - DA 45 man.ID/dev.ID (Winbond/W29C020)
2 line - FE FE bottom boot/ top boot lockout status (FE- unlocked, FF-locked)
3 line - FE FE (on succesfull lockout disable)

- eeprom 27SF020 can't erase and write, I think a Vpp problem. How do I set jumpers in this programmer?

- fwh/lpc adapter can't get ID of some IC like PM49LF004, N82802AB, W39V040

I have no experience with 27SF020 on willem, last old tests with ezoflash4v4 and own adapters.
Generally - follow SW settings with SST27SF020 selected.
Go Test H/W, activate and check 1-Vpp 12.7V, 32-Vcc 5V.
Clear settings, place chip and start commands.
To erase chip place additional jumper on top jumper block right from PLCC32. It location guide appears in SW 0.98d12 picture after main command erase activated with SST27SF020 selected. Tick all frames in this section and chip erase. For other actions (programming, read) extra jumper should be removed.

fwh/lpc adapter can't get ID of some IC like PM49LF004, N82802AB, W39V040

Do you apply adapter or fwh/lpc bottom plcc32 socket ? Is Vcc 5V ? Any other fwh/lpc works ?
Clean softly plcc chip sidecontacts, often contact problem for chips in socket.
Note , for N82802AB apply jumper next to FWH/LPC socket, for other - removed.
No success, I will provide guide to check fwh/lpc socket signals in Test H/W mode.

Go Test H/W. Activate 1-Vpp and measure Vpp. Change Vpp jumpers to approve voltage levels 12.7, 15, 21, 25V. To handle eproms apply external power supply.

This is unknown version in my programmer gallery. Looks very similar to Sivava pcb4.5 and pcb5.0, where logic 74HC540 applied, but other small components placed a bit differently. Can you make high quality photo and send to my mail ?
