help-problemme willem pro 4 isp

hi friend my name is Joli.im new in this forum..

i have one problem whith my willem.
i like to write e flash 28f10,i insert the flash to plcc32, click to Id and have the name 28f010.
i click blank test and is all ok.
i load the bin file to write..
but wen i click to veryfi i have e error At 0x000000 chip =0x00 buffer =0x55 and have the same problem wen click write chip.
please help me.

What SW do you apply ?
Check Vpp (withou target chip, Test H/W , 1-Vpp, measure pin1 ZIF32)

i use the 0.97j sw...
i format my pc ,and now my willem dont work.
paral port of bios, you know how to set???
Now, not even recognize the eprom name.
please help me...

Usually PC activates LPT1 port by default.
Go Test H/W and check signals starting with Vcc and Vpp. Comes voltage on ZIF pins and LED indicate ?
