Willem pcb50 burning 27c801

Hi!

I' ve been reading around, because i never get my williem to burn these chips, get a offset error after burning "error at 0x0000000 chip = 0xff buffer = 0x78" , I hear i need to adjust some jumpers on the board it self, though the boards that I've seen mentioned are very different from mine, cause it seems like i have a newer version of the board, here is a high resolution picture of my board

Remove jumper J3 (left from dipswitch panel)
Place jumper P1/A19 J12
I recommend
- keep all settings as selected for 27C801
- get 27C801 pinout (look chip database)
- go Test H/W (programmer without chip)
- check all signals one by one on/off and measure voltage >4.0/<0.6 (except A9 >3.6)
Note changes , 24-OE > no voltage tests, 1-Vpp > measure ZIF32/24, A19 > measure ZIF32/1
Get/check Vcc=5.7 and Vpp 12.7 for chip programming
