Willem pro4 isp fault

Please help me with following problem:
The motherboard is a piece that is destroyed noted the V4
On board is a piece V3 noted that write Y2
My question is: V3 = the V4? . What is the V4?

Do you mean programmer board ?
How do you recognise v4 fault ? What programmer signals are not working in Test H/W mode ?
V3 and v4 are transistors, follow mark on the transistors.

The V4 (is that a transistor, SMD, but not sure) is broken in half and burned and never see anything written on it.
On board are transistors, SMD, note the Q1, Q2, Q5, Q6, Q7 and Q8 on which is written Y1

Seems mentioned are npn transistors, usually ~5pcs npn transistors on the Willem boards with built-in fwh-lpc . Please recheck naming on them, Y1 not typical for transistor.
Your damaged should be pnp transistor (Vcc load switch ) , try find one another on the board (Vpp switch, name like 3F, 5C, or other )

EZO you were right!
It transistor, but my board are: Q1 ... Q8 note Y1, and V3-V4 noted Y 2
I will try to make one type 3 F or 5 C these days, and more keep in touch
afterwards.
