I want to program the memory, MX25L8005M2C and i can't

I think to program this memory I have to get the jumper is at the top next to the socket PLCC32 to go from 5V to 3V6.

I'm connecting the memory with an adapter SOIC8 - DIP and I'm connecting it at the green 40 pin socket.

The program did not recognize the chip, no read or write.
Anyone can help me?

It is necessary to have 3.6V Vcc for SPI chips in 25Cxx socket. You can damage chip with 5V or results not reliable. More supported chips find in latest SW 0.98d12c3, not HW fix related.
