Hi Ezo! I would like to read and write a chip called in the subject. I use Willem PCB5.0E as hardware and Willem Eprom PCB50a(0.98D12) as software. I found the chip in the program at menu Flash29/39/49Fxxx. The program shows a DIP32 picture right side of the window but the chip has a PLCC32 socket. So if I want to read and write this chip should I place it NOT INTO the FWH/LPC socket of my PCB5.0E but into PLCC32 socket, shouldn't I?

Yes. Apply upper socket, closest to 74LS06 and 3.6v jumper. Don't use fwh/lpc socket.

What's 74LS06? Do I open the 3V6 jumper before I put the chip into the socket?

Jumper 3.6 is on, closed. Target chip voltage 5.0V
Next to this jumper and target plcc socket programmer version pcb50e has logic 74LS06.

Jumper exist , short pins to have target voltage 5v
