Flash W25X16SVAIG problem

Hi there!
I need to write the chip above. It is an Amilo Notebook Pi3525's BIOS chip. I started to google for its BIOS, and found one on its official webpage. I downloaded the BIOS, which is an EXE file (winphlash sw). I extract this file with a universal extractor, and a FLASHABL.ROM file is appeard, but its size is 2,03 MB instead of 2,00 MB. If I browse it for 98d13 Willem SW, the content of this BIOS file is cut up to offset 0xfffff (which is the 2,097,151st bit) and the other ~30KB is cut. WTF Fujitsu? What do you think, will this erase&write method work?
