hi EZO
thank for your programmer
i newly asebel the programmer i want to progeramm sst 39vf160
by: 4v5 0.98d and tsop-48_d2 jp-2 jp-5 jp-b but i can't .
in my first try i can read from chip but i was blanket az i now ( new chip).
then i check to wirt some thing but i can the error was :
error at 0x000000 chip=0xFFFF buffer=3330
then i check the jp and set them back to normalthen i can get id but that was 0x0000 0x0000
then i chenge the jp-2 and try agen then i can get the 0x2525 0x2525
and the error was :
error at 0x000000 chip=0x0500 buffer=3330
i need help about this problem would you plase tell what should i do?
thanks alot

Re: programming sst 39vf160
Check programmer all signals in Test H/W mode. Read in guides section.
Re: programming sst 39vf160
maybe your chip is damage
i program this chip

Re: programming sst 39vf160
Hi I've Trying to program this chip since last post!!! but no success!
I still get the error :
I can read the chip which all of data blocks is 0xFF and even I can program 0xFF to chip, but when I try to program any other data Like 0x00 at any address it doesn't work and I face the error I mentioned above.
I Think the problem is in the target supply voltage which is 1.6V (Pin No. 20) but it should be 2.7~3.6 V as is written in the datasheet of Flash.
The V2 Transistor base and emitter voltage are the same. is this ok?

Check programmer in test H/W mode. Follow guides section and check info and pictures.I Think the problem is in the target supply voltage which is 1.6V (Pin No. 20)
Follow schematic 5V 7805 output, each next diod with opened jumper reduce voltage ~0.7V.The V2 Transistor base and emitter voltage are the same. is this ok?
Opened (for example Test h/W, tick 32-Vcc) pnp transistor base and emitter voltage are the same. Less voltage - wrong diod polarity, short in Vcc line (for example , check IC position , one 4015 opposite)
