W49F002U cannot be erased or writed

Hi,
I trying erase subj. Erasing pass with "Erase OK with DQ7" but blank check signalizing no blank device. Chip reading always pass succesfully with the same right content of memory. ID chip manufacturer should be 0xDA but have 0x23 chip type have been 0x0B and is 0xAE. I trying programm chip with settings from row 176 of chip test sheet.
Could anyone help me please?

Check contacts, settings,.... What chip package, adapter ?

Ezoflash work normally for examle with PLCC32_B2 adapter. For sure i made completely test Ezoflash with test signals, all OK. Problems is with subj. chip in DIP32_A1(pinheader is on component side) adapter. JP1, JP3, JP4, but I dont know what set Pin1 to Reset or NC(no jumper on pin1). Soft is 0.97ja. Flasher is connect to paraller port with ECP or EPP settings and system is XP Pro. What can cause misidentification of the device? Valid device ID must be in each cause to erasing device?

For sure i made completely test Ezoflash with test signals, all OK.

Make a tests all signals one by one and measure voltage directly on dip32a1 socket pins (without chip) . 22-CE measure DIP32/pin31 WE, no check on A18 (Jp4 set). Other signals functional equal.

JP1, JP3, JP4, but I dont know what set Pin1 to Reset or NC(no jumper on pin1).

Settings are correct, Jp1,Jp3 (+5V), Jp4 (RST/Vpp on DIP-32 pin1)

Valid device ID must be in each cause to erasing device?

Missing ID identify some problem (wrong settings, adapter failure, chip contacts,....).

Hi,
I tested all signals directly on adapter and really was mistake in broken PCB towards pin 31/WE on this adapter. Now flasher work fine.
