Erase and write chip with SW 0.97g.
Erase fail on small sector chips (AT29C010, SST29EE010,...) with 0.97ja. You can overwrite chip without erase.

the software they use is the SW 0.97g, the chip is generic ( TAIWAN ), the chip does not contain a description of the manufacturer, only the model 29C010D, I can not overwrite, delete, write, read only, the ID does not return any , the D of 29C010 (D) is the type socket of chip ( DIP )

ID return always, man. and chip names explanation can be omitted.
ID is correct, if response is different from 0xFF and different from chip content in first 2 adress (check with read).
Try activate SW option Disable Software data protect.
Try with selected chip SST PH 29EE010 in SW.

with AT29C010 selected returns 0x2F [...] - 0x2F, with SST PH29EE010 returns 0xDF [...] - 0xDF , trying to overwrite ( error - Write sector 0 ) , in test H/W , only the pin 11 - A10-23 the voltage this 4.60 volts on / 0.00 volts off, the rest is the voltage this 4.78 volts on / 0.00 volts off

Mentioned voltage differencies are not critical.
Strange different ID return. What is chip content in first 2 adress from read/buffer ?
Possible chip is not supported.
