Yes, the chip is a Winbond, namely W39V040APZ.

I can't ge valid ID (R/C 20k), but I can erase, program and finally the verification is OK.

I understand that with these results, the chip is programmed correctly, right?

Is it possible that with some chips without valid ID, to be programmed OK?

Yes, Winbond FWH/LPC chips have such behaviour. You can see in my chip test file.
