Hi!

I have a S29GL064A R7 chip what I want to program. It was in an Asus router (WL500gP).
My programmer is a Willem V5.0a with a modified Ezo TSOP48_D2 adapter. The program version is 0.98D9.

When I select 29LV320(8/16bit), for the ID I get: Manufacture: 0x85; Device code: 0x0c
When I select 29F320, for the ID I get: Manufacture: 0x0001; Device code: 0x227E

Which device type do I have to select for programming? 29F320 or 29LV320?

tsop48d2 16 bit flash adapter.
Select 16 bit devices in software.
29F320 and ID reply is correct.
Note , you have to manage highest adress and file splitting manually.
Erase affect to all chip, use once before parts writing.

Before you ask, the "modified Ezo TSOP48_d2" is a Willem-Ezo adapter+TSOP48_D2 adapter in one PCB.

Here is only 2 options for 16 bit flash on willem programmer
