Chip is programable with your pcb5.0 and tsop adapter as provide in parallel topic picture .
Check programmer in Test H/W mode. Check all jumpers. Note chip is 3.3V device , remove only one jumper Open 3.6 - programmer or adapter. Apply SW according jumpers jumpers- pcb50 and SW 0.98d12c3
