Is it possible to program it with a HEX file? I'm using EzoFlash 4v5
If yes, which pins of the programmer's serial connector to which PIC pins?
How to configure programmer (especially voltage jumpers)?

Here are jumpers (Jp2,Jp3), here find pin connection to programmer and more.
As voltage accepted jumpers are Jp1,Jp3 (+5V), but found that random errors can appear. To avoid it Jp6 implemented, for +5v remove jumper Jp6 (if errors).
Hex files are accepted by willem sw, load as intel hex. I don''t know specifics related to PICs only.
