Hi guys n gyals

got myself one of these programmers

i can read and erase no problems the above said chip

but for the life of me it will not fully program
usually to 50% and punks out.

has any1 got any ideas ?

using windoes xp (polling reg patch installed)
desktop psu - enough voltage and amps presant.
printer calbe that was supplied with willem 3ft

will not program
ive setup the dipswitches as the software suggests (0.98D8)

chip ID's fine, erases fine. black check is fine. hard ware presant fine

just wont flash teh chips ?!?!?!?

Check jumper left from dipswitch panel (in top position, pin1 - A18)

yes this jumper i have moved up to the top 2 pins

Keep settings and go Test H/W. Check 31-A18 and measure voltage on pin ZIF32/1 and PLCC32/1.
Check PLCC chip pins , clean side softly.
What is program error message ?

ok testing the pins now

i have adapter too and it punks out at 50% on that also

im getting 4.7v on both them checks

the error code is
hmmm wrote the chip fine this time
ill try a few other of the same chip
may of bin a fluke heheeh

are them voltages correct EZO ?

i also have AMIC 29040A chips and its doing exactly same thign with them ?!?!?!?

PLCC chips are contact sensitiv . Clean softly side pins.
I apply usually spray Kontakt 61.
