on the pictures u have Ebga64 adapter , i have same . all ebga -fbga64 are same pin

My adapter is ok working fine with gl128 , gl256 and 512

I suppose contact problem only , ID should be OK (0001, ...0 and not FFB7)
Strange chip model number S3 , not listed in datasheets. S3 can''t be a problem.

all contact cleared . with other chip work ok the programmer with L128ML

id not correct. id command not recognised , chip return content from first adress.
B7FF content wrong. Suppose , it should be here FF FF.

what is the problem? my adapter or the chip is not suported?

Not possible to unprotect this chip? possible the chip is protected and not possible to read ?

That is my presumption. No docs available describing model S3. Known 03,W3, R3.
