can't program PIC18F2550

can't program PIC18F2550 :(
I am using 0.98d12c3 - also tried with 0.98d11
using jumpers 1&3 - also tried 6-off
chip recognized 0x1247 PIC 18F2550
erase OK (super fast)
After programming says OK, but after reading all info is zeros only :(
also if Verify result is: ERROR verify program memory at 0x000000 (and in end some glich code $%^&$% can't write it)

I am using PIC-adapter

Also The same story if using adapter PIC_A1

i don't sure, but try using WinPic800. it's free

tried with WinPic800 also
Error on programming
other chips like PIC16f870 programs fine

May be all right with programming chip, but because of the some fuse can't read chip. Tried chip in the device ?

after programming chip, device is not working.
also WinPic800 stops on programing with error
so I am sure that chip is not programming :(
maybe some other adapter?
maybe some temporary simple other programmer to program this chip?
