Ezo Hello, I want to program flash S29GL064N90, I read the flash but do not know which settings to schedule, please is my 1st time schedule, be patient.

If I choose S29AL008D: I read 100% but not recorded, it is tried to record more than 20minutes and 0%

Generally tsop48d3 recomended in 16bit mode. We can do with tsop48b2.
You have tsop48b2 (8/16 bit mode) and valid ID reply with 29LV320 selected 0x01 AMD 0x7E
Find central pin on adapter jumper block Jp7/8/9 connected to chip pin13 A21.
No jumpers, central pin grounded to operate read 0-32Mb, erase entire chip, write 0-32Mb
Apply JP7 (pin13=log1) read 32-64Mb, write 32-64Mb
You have tsop48b2 (8/16 bit mode) and valid ID reply with 29LV320 selected 0x01 AMD 0x7E

I have programmed a 8Mb file and the two files did Winsplit application 4Mb. JP9 0-4 Mb JP7 4-8 Mb is correct?
You mean JP9 I burn a 32Mb file? not understand and appreciate your explanation.

Jp9 is providing log0, but not sure on all SW versions , like 0.97..
With 0.98 adress are groupped in 3x8 blocks, highest non used log.0
With 0.97 (some Sw versions) adress lenght adapted to chip size.
I recomend write/verify 0-32Mb with Jp9 , then verify with central pin grounded

Thanks Ezo, now I have mounted flash adapter Tsop48_b2 EON29LV640B-90. JP9 (central pin) and 0.97-I write and verify 8Mb file OK.

Hello Ezo.
To work with Flash Eon29LV640B - MX29LV640DB and S29GL064N90TFI04 in Device Select 29LV320 but we have to select when choosing this software 29LV320 we can only write to the address 3FFFFF0 (only 4,196 Mb)
Please, I would like to know how to write 8Mb, with Ezoflash4 +4 and Tsop48_b2.

Central adapter jumper pin is connected to chip highest adress A21.
Pin with log0 (grounded),access to chip 0-32Mb.
Pin with log1 (via resistor to 3.3V Vcc) access to chip 0-64Mb.
A21-0 to get ID, read 0-32Mb, erase entire chip, write 0-32Mb
A21-1 to read 32-64Mb, write 32-64Mb.
Source 64Mb file split in 2 parts.

Yes, SW allow operate with only 4MB (32Mb).
You have to work with each memory block (twice) , with apropriate selected highest adress
