Error erasing chips

Hello All, arm EZOflash programmer 4.4, soft 0.97ja.
I put a am29f200bb memory and fails to erase the chip. Yellow and red LED not lit.
It is the first test of the programmer. What could be?
I appreciate your help.

Go Test H/W and check all signals one by one.
Read guides http://www.ezoflash.com/testguide.htm
Red LED should flash with connected power supply. Check LED polarity, power supply polarity.
Start chip operations with Get ID and be sure on correct reply.

Red LED lights test H / S Vcc32.
yellow LED turns on Vpp.
OK tracks.
Erase chips, 100% complete "error erasing chip" (three LEDs ON)
Read chips, "chips read OK" (green and red LEDs on)
programming chips, the progress bar 0% (not forward)
What is the correct configuration of hardware and software for the 29f200?

Where is command get ID ?
All 3 LEDs are on with activated SW option Temporary sector unprotect.
After erase go Blank check (chip empty ?) .

What adapter do you apply ? (tsop48b2, tsop48d3, psop44a)
Programmer should have jumpers Jp1,Jp3 (+5V), Jp5
Adapters settings you can find in adapter section, supported chips or chip_test file, sheet ezoflash+. Generally no jumpers required on adapters for 29F200.
