i think this adapter (TSOP56B1) not working and have problem with software and hardware

Chip 28F320J3 is verified OK with 4v5, tsop56b1, 0.98d12c3, sel.16bit 28F160B3B.
Content verified with 4v5, tsop56a1, 0.98d12c3, sel. 28F320J3
Drago's programmer is upgraded from 4v4 to 4v5 generally.

yes, it works with 4v5 . Note, chip selection 16bit 28F160B3B, not 16bit 28F640J3.i check this adapter with ezo4v4 for programming te28f640j3d but not working

Highest adress manage manually , but jumpers not implemented (!) on tsop56b1.
That is tsop56b1 not recomended, apply tsop56a1.
Drago created adapter tsop56b1 and he asks assistance in tricky 28F320J3 programming.
To other users - for 28F320J3 use adapter tsop56a1 , 4v5 , 0.98d12c3, sel. 3.3V 8/16bit 28F320J3 , clear SW option "Write to Buffer". No need in partial read/write/erase. Restore line cuts on adapter next to A21,A22 or apply wired jumpers on comercial tsop56a1 board.

question, I tried to follow the pattern of the adapter TSOP56B1 and known differences between the pins of the chip (address) and the corresponding pin of the bus BU5.
For example, the pin 28 (address A1) is connected to pin 32 of BU5 (address A0) should be connected to pin 31 of BU5 (address A1) ? check out the other pin.
so it is on schematic and pcb
if I compare this http://www.ezoflash.com/adapters/tsop48d3/schematic.htm well-known that the correspondence of the pins is respected.

Yes it is correct. In Test H/W mode follow A0 bus pin 32, chip pin28 (A1). Adress shifted.For example, the pin 28 (address A1) is connected to pin 32 of BU5 (address A0) should be connected to pin 31 of BU5 (address A1) ? check out the other pin.
In adapter tsop48d3 8/16 bit chips lowest adress is A-1/D15, adress not used in 16bit mode, adress count from A0.
In adapter tsop56b1 8/16 bit chips lowest adress is A0, adress grounded in 16 bit mode, adress count from A1.

The read-write operations on the chip have always been done with jumpers JP2 and JP5 ON

Measurements with installed adapter and chip on it.
You activate Vcc at first, then activate from SW all adress signal one by one on /off.
The best one check adress/maeasure voltage direcly on chip pin top (not contactpad).
Be carefully and avoid shorts between pins with multimeter tips.
Here is somewhere adress failure (programmer, signal bus, adapter, adapter tracks, chip pin solderings). Lack of voltage or less (0 or below 3V) with activ adress, indicate problem source area.

I have yet to try sending complete with 2MB + 2 MB cut the pin 34 and try to read as 28F320J3

I don''t know whats wrong with tsop56b1 in your case. Your ezo4v4 was updated to 4v5.
I have programmed chip 28F320J3 according guide in post from 01.10 with programmer ezo4v5 and adapter tsop56b1. Result compared OK in 8bit mode with 4v5 and tsop56a1.
