Hi Ezo!, I would like to ask if it's possible to program or dump memory from S29GL064N flash memory. And if there will be no issue since the chip is operating at 2.7-3.6 volts. And also the adapter to be used to program the chip.
Regards,

Yes , chip is supported.
Apply adapter tsop48d3. Read S29GL128 programming guide.
8/16 bit adapter tsop48b2 for S29GL064N useful too.
Verified chips find in chip test file.

Thanks for the quick response Ezo. I have all the parts for the programmer but i couldn't find any HCT series for the buffers, the only available here in my place are the LS series. So is it ok if I use the LS series? I have read on another forum that the HC series is for hich current output and the LS series is used in low power or battery operated designs.
For the adapter , I have all the parts listed except for the 74HC573, can you give a replacement part?. I've searched on google and they suggest that I could use a 74HC373. I've seen the datasheet and it says there that they're similar but they have different pin arrangements.

Original components (HC) recommended.
Programmer not verified with LS, HCT logic- random errors available, sensitiv to 3V devices.
Read PM.

When I attempt to program my Olimex Pinguino Micro, MPIDE wants to use a serial port. I only have usb ports. Is there a way to have the MPIDE programming use the USB port?
Thanks
