i try to flash AT49F512 in adaptor

TSOP-32_D

but no ID

Check chip pin soldering, contacts/shorts, clean flux.
Check adapter lines, no shorts/breaks.
Is programmer verified before. Go Test H/W and check voltages.
Do you apply SW 0.97ja ?

i use self made adaptor with Socket Not Sold
now it work fine

but erase must have VCC for 6.2 VCCfor erase
and more it may not erase from the first time
after 2 trys it's erase and work fine
write ok ...

i used 0.98D10

Your results can be wrong.
For flash chips on ezoflash apply 0.97ja only

Yes. SST and AT 26 not supported. You can try ESMT with available chip selected.
