Check no shorts from chip pin13 to paralel lines around jumper,
check no shorts between pins 12/13, 13/14 . Is pin 13 unconected ?
Clean flux from chip pins.
Check ID with pin 13 grounded. Do you apply ground really ?

hi ezo i have this chip but can not erase
i have ezo4v5 and tsop48d3 and tsop48b2
i check with two adapter but chip cannot erase
with adapter tsop48b2 i have this id in software :
man id : 1C
device cose : CB
and in extID_erase16 software i have this id :
man id : 5A
device code: 09
and with adapter tsop48d3 i have this id in software :
man id : 001C
device code : 22CB
and in extID_erase16 software i have this id :
man id : 7F
device code : 22CB
please help

Apply adapter , check ID with SW, then with utility. Results like above.
Man ID here are correct, for EON it is 0x7F 0x1C (see datasheet) , results are in different form.
Allow erase function in utility. Wait timeout. Come back to Willem SW and blank check.

and i check blank flash memory not empty
part 1 memory is not empty
but part2 is empty and blank check is ok

I have problem when write image to flash get this error:



I erase many times still write to half 50%.
I check diffrent flash still have same problem.

What programmer, adapter, jumpers, SW, selected device ?
Error message 0x200000 means A20 problem.
Check line A20, chip pin A20.
Message error 0x200000 chip 0xXX buffer 0xYY -
Is the value XX equal to value in first adress of buffer ?

Universal Flash Programmer, adapter Epsilon for tsop48, selected 29lv320 for software willem 0.97ja before all ok this moment still get this error.
