29LV160 / TSOP48_B2 problem

I am trying to program a 29LV160 tsop48 (S29AL016D90TF) with my newly built Ezoflash / TSOP48_B2 adaptor but I am getting the follow error message
Error at 0x000000 Chip = 0xC4C4 buffer 0x0000
I am using jumpers 2 and 5 and 0.97ja software selecting 3.3v 29LV160.

Error indicates that 16bit part used in software, not compatible with tsop48b2.
Are you sure device 3.3V 29LV160 selected ?

Your error message return word 0x0000 not byte 0x00.
Try again.
What is get ID responce, manufacturer and device codes ?
Erase. Blank check. Load file. Program.

blank check - Device is NOT Empty ($000000)
program - Error at 0x000000 Chip = 0xC4 buffer 0x0E

Device Code 0xC4

It is reallistic now.
Here is programmer / adapter /chip problem.
is your programmer tested in Test H/W mode (see guides) ?
Check adapter lines (line shorts, breaks).
Check chip pins soldering on adapter, clean flux.
Without valid ID (expect AMD and AM29LV160) further actiona are valueless.

Hy help am29lv160b Manufacture 0x01 AMD Device Code 0x49 Am29LV160B erase ok writing Error at 0x000315 Chip = 0xFF buffer = 0xF7.

Device ID is valid.
Error Chip = 0xFF buffer = 0xF7, where chip value 0xFF - you can overwrite . Start again Program process.
Otherwise you can start from beginning - erase , blank check, program, verify ,..and verify.
Regular error at random adress - clean chip pins from flux, programmer and adapter tracks.
