You have to read/write 128 Mb chip in 32Mb parts , manage parts manually with jumpers A21(JpF), A22 (JpH).

with adapter tsop48d3 and ezo4v5 is possible program s29gl256 and s29gl512 ????

Find tsop48d3 schematic, spansion chip datasheet with tsop56 layout.
Adapter has extended pin out from tsop48 pads area, connected to R7 and JpH. For tsop56 chip it is pin 2 (A22). You have to create new equal connections with resistors and jumpers to tsop56 pins 1 (A23), 56 (A24)
S29GL512 read/write in 16 parts of 32Mb, parts switch managed by 4 jumpers - JpF, JpH and 2 new ones.
Same idea applied in adapter fbga64a1, 4 jumpers allow tricky programming chips up 512Gb (S29GL512N), one spare jumper for driving of A25 (1Gb).

Yes add extra resistor 2k2 and jumper to pin 1 (A23).
Use equal reference in tsop48d3 schematic - R7 , jumper H to pin2 (A22).
Note , tsop48d3 has 48 pin layout + extra pins for 56 pin package, incl. pin29 Vio

Apply same board. Solder single thin wire to chip pin 1 (or pin1 contactpad on comercial tsop48d3). Connect this wire to ground (A23-0) for 0-128Mb, connect to pull-up resistor for 128-256 Mbit.
Find S29GL128 guide in my forum. Note, 8 blocks x32Mbit.

Do you read S29GL128 programming guide from my resources. All settings described step by step including initial jumpers- step2 in doc.
Extra pin 1 (A23) initially is grounded.
Is chip correct soldered ? In tsop48d3 docs you find 48 central contactpads , for tsop56 chip find extra contactpads for tsop56 pins 1 and 2, pin 29.
Check all solderings. You have to get same ID from Willem SW described in guide.

Remove jumper JpF (A21- log.1), set JpH (A22-log.0), memory area 32-64Mb.
Set jumper JpF (A21- log.0), remove JpH (A22-log.1), memory area 64-96Mb.
Remove jumpers JpF (A21- log.1) and JpH (A22-log.1), memory area 96-128Mb.

Why do not look to tsop48d3 schematic or chip datasheet ? Vio is output buffer power and pin 29 should be tied to Vcc (2.7..3.6).

No problems found until now. Set programmer in pcb3b mode ! Other settings are same. What ID return my utility ?

Yes, all manual highest adress are log.0 . Note, entire chip will be erased.

A23 - log0, pin grounded for memory 0-128Mb
A23- log1 , pin to Vcc pull-up resistor 128-256

i think software extID_erase16 can not erase s29gl256 or willem software can not program i try for erase this chip . chip erase but not blank
