Hello.
I bought a programmer Willem PCB50B. Everything works fine, but at one moment there was a problem: when reading the Electronic ID, programmer allways show "Fujitsu".
I try to read bios chip, it's shows empty, although this chip is runs the BIOS and boot PC.
In what may be the reason? Please help.

I checked chip pin contacts in socket.
I pulled all chips out and put them all back to chip sockets.
No results.

Re: Problem with the programmer PCB50B
Do you apply correct socket , lowest for FWH/LPC ?
Are you able check any other chip, even flash or EPROM in ZIF socket ?

Re: Problem with the programmer PCB50B
Do you apply correct socket? Yes! We use FWH/LPC to programm bios chip.
Here is the test with bios chip in socket:
We do not have other chip (flash or EPROM) to check then in ZIF socket. But i sure result will be the same.

Re: Problem with the programmer PCB50B
Apply jumpers in PCB45(PCB50) mode with SW 0.98xxx.
In picture seems PCB35mode. Check in PCB35mode with 0.97ja
Go Test H/W mode and check all signals one by one with multimeter.
