OKI M271000ZB, M27512ZB and Mistubishi M5M27256P

Hello,

I'd like to know if those chips can be read/write with a Sivava programmer and what is the configuration to use. There is no window to erase them, should be some flash memory.

Also, I'm looking for the datasheets of thsese components.

You can read only. EPROMs without window are one time programmable.
Chip datasheets find in chip database , enter search 271000, 27512, 27256.
First search result with datasheet link inside.

Is this readable with Willem software? also, can I subtitute those chips with EPROMs?
I'm not sure how to select the proper chip.
