pcb3bx converted to 4.5 and spi flash

hi ezo
ihave a pcb3bx modified to 4.5 and i want to programm atmel 26df161 i can read it but i can't erase it or program it please tell me if i can do this or not and if pcb3bx can't do this give me a hardware schema to make some modifications to do this .

thanks techy for reply me but my pcb3bx was modified to 4.5 but my real problem is how to modify the pcb in order to programm spi flash devices like atmel 26df161 and others spi flashs
because i'haven't the id of the chips i mean spi flashs . the reading erasing and programming.

You have to decrease voltage on SPI socket 25xxxx Vcc down to 3.6V.
Here are different methods to do on basic pcb3b - apply 2 diods after Vcc transistor, reduce programmer voltage after 5v regulator.
