ezowill - jumpers Jp5 (default), jumper +5.0V. Remove programmer jumper open 3.6V
tsop56a1 - Jp7 (Vpp=Vcc) , no other jumpers, lines from pins 35 and 36 connected. http://www.ezoflash.com/adapters/tsop56 ... onents.htm
SW 0.98d12c3 for pcb45c/pcb50 programmers.
Select chip Flash 28Fxx, 8/16bit LH28F160B. Get ID. Expect reply 0x89 Intel, 0x17 28F640J3.
Select chip 3.3V Flash 8/16bit Intel 28F640J3. Untick SW option 28FxxxJ3 (Write to Buffer) !
Read, erase, blank check, write, verify.
