I have to find my draft docs. Adapter was created on my friend request and no final docs prepared. Here is schematic, components and layout of tsop48d3 (except jumper block) in one side of fbga64a1 adapter. In other adapter side pull-up resistors for RST and WP, 5 pull-up resistors with jumpers to ground highest adress.
